We are looking for a Project and Change manger who will be responsible for delivering complex projects that will support the business to transform.
Proactively engage and build credibility with our internal stakeholders to influence and support colleagues while project managing key projects from initiation through to completion and benefit realisation.
This is an opportunity to support our Programme Manager, Executive and Leadership team colleagues to deliver long lasting corporate transformation across our business.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of project and change management methodologies who will be expected to use creative and effective approaches to lead and drive projects forward with an emphasis on supporting teams through changes, challenges and achieving objectives.
The successful candidate will hold a Project Management or Change Management qualification such as Prince 2 Practitioner, APMP PMQ, APMP Change Management Practitioner and have proven experience of successfully delivering projects and supporting colleagues through change using project & change management tools and principles.
The role sits within our Project & Change team, whose focus is to support the business to continually improve our management of processes within our core systems, manage the successful delivery of projects and change, deliver enhanced quality and reporting of data and develop the vision and key priority programmes for the next 5-year business plan.
